Observation

Children have toys smaller that 3/4 of an inch in diameter, one child got a toy stuck in his mouth during the visit and provider had a difficult time getting the toy out of the child's mouth. There are cords accesible to children in the living room. Children have access to plastic bags in the room where sleeping equipment is stored. An ice cream house outside is made of wood and has splinters. Walls inside the house have peeling paint in licensed areas. An electrical outlet in the play room is not Tamper-Resistant.
